Early in the morning

sianz...early in the morning have problem. Send 2 engineer out for 2 jobs...one come back to me saying that the cusomter request for somethign else which me and ST doesnt provide. Another one tell me that the location cannot be found. WTF?

worst thing, i realise today..only today that the whole June sales report was wrong...WRONG....at the end of the month!!!!! Fark... my sales is only 4K target but the target to get comm is 8K. how?? HOW!!!!! no money, no life, no enjoyment... no one loves me.... :(

Another enigneer called me for some infomation and after goign thru so much, end up he told me he got it le.... waaste my time, effort...

Wat can be worst when you are on the line with enigneer and cusomter snatch the phone and shout at you?

What i learn is the more troublesome the cusomter is always having huge problem.... hai..
