fucking piece of shit. already tell the engineer nicely that 'could kindly help me go earlier coz customer circuit is down?' damn fucking idiot! dun wan...now fucking being press until i wanna become crazy liao.

everthing come to me suddenly. another case where i order AP turn out to be router. what fuck?engineer nv call cusomter before goign down also my fault? ask us keep conversation short with cusomter how? crazy arh..when there is issue write report until siao lo....i start to hate jap company.

engineer details also i go and find...got the cheek to tell me 'if this i also do then i will be super busy' what fuck? u are the support lei. i understnad where she coming from. i use to be support also, then that time how i do it? fly arh?

another customer i offer her lower rate eg @$300 she say she wants to be bill at$500. crazy right?

this is the topid life i am goign through everyday. Can someone tell me when will i be crazy?
