was msning with my coll now. she say she is goign to resign. we are working in diff job as i m a sales but she is a admin at consumer department. Sad thing is she is resigning coz too much work too little time. she is doing her list and i m doing my report now. she is too stress and she have to do billing as well. hai....my another technician have left us coz my company refuse to give him OT pay which is 400. he have wrk till almost 1am each day at the DP end and y dun they just give him the OT? weird isnt it? i cannot comment much coz i m from the sales and i m not a management staff. as more ppl are leaving, it makes me more n more apart with the company. when ppl left the company, either resign or sack, i do feel sad and start asking why...why do they go? these are part and parcel of life but the more i ask y the more i feel like leaving. this company do let me learn a lot but at the same time, the work load and stress that we are facing is huge. even my accountant also cannot take it anymore. its getting more and more stress when we are neither there nor here. we are not a small firm but we are not a big organization as well. half half and therefore, we have to be push and hang ard. my 2 years in this company, i ahve never seen any ladies got pregnant. is it becoz too stress here? those who have resign have start planning to have kids or rather, they are pregnant only for now...
If i wanna get married and settle my life, i guess i will have to resign also coz its really v difficult to handle both sides. guess what, think this is the only bf who have no objection if i wanna stay home to be housewife after marriage. i m so happy... hehe.. :D guess he is more or less the person that i m looking for. someone who is almost like my dad, his character is near to his. i m so happy...
i was helping wendy to do some crossing and ticking earlier on. I really hate teachers man....little mistake she ask me to draw a big circle...even those answers with the wrong unit but everything correct also no marks for them. very sad lei.... but that is something students should always remember, please indicate units coz this is not maths. hai...
think i cannot be a teacher coz i m too soft hearted :P
Monday blues start hitting me and i realize i am short of 50 application in 10 days. please teach me how to?
